Our support includes as much information as possible to assist your experience in using HiveSMS. We have included step by step information to help you get started using HiveSMS. We've also included Frequently Asked Questions in this section to help you find answers to our most common questions. We will continue to update this section as new versions and features are released, so check back often for the latest information.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, please contact our email support team. We are in the office from 9am - 5pm (AEST) on Monday to Friday each week. If you contact us outside of these times, we will be in touch with a response first thing on the next day back in the office.
